To use a public or private document issued in Korea in a country that is not an apostille member, it is required to get legalization from the corresponding country's embassy in Korea. In case of an apostille member country, you can get apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and use it immediately. However in case of a non-member country, you need to get apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and then get legalization from the corresponding country's embassy.
