Simultaneous interpretation

(Two people work in pairs. Below is the price for one person.)

Introduction of price rate

Interpretation
Time

  The whole period of time(break time included) except 1 hour of lunch time
  from the beginning to the end of the time.(Lunch time is also included if
  there was interpretation.)

Rehearsal

  If there's a rehearsal on the conference day, rehearsal is included as
  interpretation time, and will be accounted as same rate as interpretation
  on a different day but the conference day.

Cancelation
Compensation

  In case of cancellation after contract, cancellation compensation will be
  charged: 30% before 1 week, 40% before 2~5 days, 50% before 1 day,
  and 100% on the day of interpretation.

Simultaneous
Interpretation

  Simultaneous interpretation requires 2 people working in pairs(even for
  less than 30 minutes), sometimes even 3 people work together depending
  on the difficulty and time of the conference. The price for 3 people are
  charged in that case.

Pre-Briefing
Fee

  100,000won/hour for 1 person and the hosting person should hand over
  the material to the interpreter 1 week in advance by door-to-door delivery
  or quick service.

Recording
/Broadcasting

  Recording and broadcasting of the interpretation contents is only possible
  after advanced discussion with the interpreter, and additional 100%
  interpretation fee will be charged for recording and broadcasting.

Business Trip
Fee

Compensation regulation for the transportation time of the day before or
after the conference.

Domestic

1 day trip : 200,000won
1 day price while away from the residence : 100,000won/day
For a day without conference : 200,000won/day
The return transportation is the fastest means such as a flight
for domestic trip, or KTX if there's no airport, and the hosting
person should pay the price.

Foreign

1 day trip : 300,000won
* If the flight schedule exceeds 8 hours, minimum 1 day of resting

period is required the day before and after the conference.

* If the flight schedule exceeds 16 hours, minimum 2 days of resting

period is required the day before and after the conference.

1 day price while away from the residence : 100,000won/day
For a day without conference : 300,000won/day
The hosting person should provide and pay the return flight,
transportation, and accommodation.

Attention

1. The above prices are negotiable if the interpretation period is midium or

long-term length.

2. For smooth work process, we require confirmation minimum 5 days in advance.
3. For precise interpretation, we require the hosting person to send the material

minimum 5 days in advance by door-to-door delivery or quick service.

4. We begin the work process after confirming 50% of the quotation in advance.
5. If the price is less than 2,000,000won, we require to pay the whole amount

before the work process.

6. An additional tax is not included in the above prices.
